With more than 15 years of experience in the audiovisual industry, Carole Moser has maintained a long-standing relationship with ARTIS and currently collaborates as a strategic partner in project management, production, and distribution initiatives. Her professional background combines executive leadership, market insight, and strategic oversight of cultural sector operations, with particular expertise in public funding mechanisms, including Brazil’s Audiovisual Law, the Audiovisual Sector Fund (FSA), ProAC, and the Rouanet Law (Federal Cultural Incentive Law).

Carole holds a degree in International Relations and specialized in Cultural Project Management at the Institut d'Études Supérieures des Arts (IESA) in Paris. She also completed a postgraduate degree in Audiovisual Production at Senac São Paulo.

She has served as a lecturer at the International Academy of Cinema (AIC) in São Paulo, teaching courses on Business Models and Market Strategies. A strong advocate for Brazilian cultural production, she actively fosters the integration of brands into cultural initiatives and works directly on the development of public funding applications and incentive-based investment opportunities for companies and institutions.

Her work also encompasses regulatory and executive solutions for cultural producers, including project structuring, operational management, compliance procedures with cultural agencies and investment funds, and accountability and reporting processes.

In addition, Carole works as an executive producer and consultant for audiovisual and cultural projects. Her credits as an executive producer include the television series Bola pra Frente (2022) and the feature film Powdered Milk (Leite em Pó, 2024), both directed by Carlos Segundo and produced by O Sopro do Tempo.
