Raquel Lemos

Raquel Lemos is a lawyer, business strategist, and co-founder of Lemos Consultoria and ARTIS. Her practice is focused at the intersection of culture, law, technology, and business, with particular expertise in business affairs, governance, and the legal structuring of operations for the audiovisual, music, advertising, and digital media sectors.
Throughout her career, she has developed an approach that extends beyond traditional legal advisory services, connecting negotiation, business model design, rights management, risk mitigation, and the governance of cultural assets. Her work is distinguished by an ability to translate regulatory complexity into strategic opportunities, support business decision-making, and provide legal certainty for creative operations while maintaining a long-term perspective.
Raquel holds a Law degree and postgraduate qualifications in Civil Law, as well as a specialization in Digital Law and Telecommunications from Mackenzie Presbyterian University. She also serves as a lecturer in undergraduate and graduate programs focused on the audiovisual industry, communications, and the creative economy, having contributed to a range of academic programs, including initiatives associated with FAAP.
She serves on the Advisory Board of Midiativa and remains actively involved in initiatives dedicated to strengthening the institutional development of Brazil’s cultural sector.
